1. What ExtendX does

ExtendX is a debt advisory and loan facilitation business. We help businesses and individuals prepare their financing requirement, share it with suitable banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) and other lenders, compare the offers that come back and negotiate terms.

ExtendX is not a bank or an NBFC and does not lend money or accept deposits. Every loan is offered, approved, documented and disbursed by the lender, on that lender’s own terms and at its sole discretion.

2. No guarantee of a loan

We work to find you the best available terms, but we cannot promise that any lender will offer you credit, or offer a particular amount, rate, tenure or fee. Indicative figures on this website or in our conversations are estimates, not offers. The final terms are the ones in the lender’s sanction letter and loan agreement.

3. Your information

You agree to give us information that is true, complete and current, and to tell us promptly if it changes. Lenders rely on it, and inaccurate or misleading information may lead to your application being declined or to action by the lender. With your consent we share your information with lenders and service providers to process your requirement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Fees

Any fee for our services is agreed with you in writing before we start work, in an engagement or mandate letter. We do not charge any fee that has not been agreed this way. Lenders may charge their own processing fees and other charges, which they will disclose to you separately. Some lenders also pay us a fee or commission when a loan is disbursed; we will tell you if this applies to your mandate.

5. Your decisions

Our analysis and recommendations are given to help you choose. They are not legal, tax or investment advice, and the decision to accept any loan is yours. Please read every loan document carefully and take independent advice where you need it.

6. Using this website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
• Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the website, our systems or other users’ information.
• Do not copy, scrape or reproduce the website’s content for commercial use without our written permission.

The content, design, names and logos on this website belong to ExtendX or its licensors. Lender names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the institutions on our panel.

7. Third-party links

The website may link to other websites, including lenders’ websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the website “as is”. To the extent the law allows, ExtendX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from any decision taken by a lender. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
